The Electro Mechanical Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment suchs as motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, production machines, HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, extractors, homogenizers, material handling equipment, bulk delivery equipment, blending/mixing systems. Shift / Schedule:  2nd Shift (2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.) - Maintains a clean and safe work environment adhering to all Safety and GMP regulations in the shop and on the site.- Performs preventative and predictive maintenance, repair and installation of machinery and equipment, advanced diagnostic troubleshooting, as well as complete teardown, rebuild, and remanufacture of machinery and related systems. - Executes daily machine checks, lubrication, machine start-up, clean-up, changeovers and adjustments to maintain the greatest operational efficiency. - General electrical work including but not limited to layouts; assembling, installing and testing of electrical apparatus; measuring, cutting, threading and bending conduit; and installing, modifying, and repairing panel boxes, remote control equipment, motors, power and lighting circuits. - Read and understand relay logic and schematic diagrams as wells as industrial power distribution and wiring practices. - Troubleshoot, program, and/or replace Allen Bradley & Modicon PLCs and three phase 240V and 480V motors as well as Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)- Operate various power tools including but not limited to torque wrenches, calipers, and gauges in a safe and proficient manner. - Insure accurate parts assignments and equipment histories are maintained. - Assist the Supervisor in the operations of the lines and in training operators/mechanics on repairs, adjustments and standard operating procedures. - Create the basis for continuous improvement and employee empowerment by ensuring that standardize work processes are followed, countermeasures implemented and the area is compliant with safety requirements. - Participate and support 5S and Total Productive Maintenance initiatives. - Keep managers and supervisors advised of problems and opportunities Working Conditions:- Office, shop and production floor environments. #CB  #IND1 #LI-MH1

Merchandiser Stocker for San Antonio's West Side and Surrounding AreasThe Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands to retail stores within an assigned territory. About the Role- Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying our products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.- They will report directly to their assigned stores for their scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.- Merchandisers are required to use their personal vehicle to travel among stores in their territory; however, they are not responsible for transporting our products. Forklift OperatorThe Forklift Operator is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, product replenishment, staging, pulling and distributing pallets throughout the warehouse as needed using a forklift. This position also handles truck jockeying, and at times is responsible for accurately picking, by hand, beverage product orders using a voice automated headset and electric pallet jack. Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as it may be required by the business. Position CompensationThe pay for this role begins with a rate of $17.80 per hour. Paid weekly. Attractive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, etc.). Position Responsibilities- Rotate floor stock by moving oldest product first.- Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned.- Remove full product from palletizer to staging area.- Supply packaging material, cartons and hulls to line as needed.- Spot trailers as directed.- Accurately pick products by matching numbers and product descriptions using voice audio headset.  Hand stacks cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively from floor to over-head throughout the duration of the shift.- Place the beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet.- Hand shrink wrap customer orders with label and move completed order to the loading dock staging area using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment.- Report all product discrepancies or quality issues to supervision including damaged product, wrong store number, equipment issues, etc.- Follow all safety procedures and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the safe operation of equipment and help to maintain a safe, clean work environment to include general housekeeping warehouse duties.- Physically count inventory on outbound and inbound trucks of product.- Verify accuracy of inventory count and loading sheets.- Verify the completion of settlement sheets.
