    Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) utilizes a network of contract manufacturing partners and sub-tier suppliers in Asia Pacific (APAC) to produce Keurig® coffee makers (“appliances”) for sale in North America.  The Supply Planning Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic plans to deliver supply chain performance to our Appliance Business Unit (ABU).  This leader will create and issue our production requirements to our Contract Manufacturing partners, implement our production and inventory strategy, analyze the demand and supply signals, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.  This role will drive supply chain results in all aspects including supply planning, inventory management, customer fulfillment, and productivity.  This leader will work cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Procurement, Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Sales and Transportation teams to ensure the ABU’s strategic initiatives are met.  This position will be expected to create a strong link with our to our Contract Manufacturers. This position is based in Singapore and reports to the Sr Director of Appliances Supply Chain.


    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Oversees team of Supply Planners that will be based in Singapore.



    • Leads Supply Planning activities across the Keurig brewer and accessories network that supports the Appliances Business Unit (ABU).
    • Partners with cross-functional leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that meet our customers’ demand while improving productivity, quality and operational efficiency.
    • Evaluates performance trends to build an accurate supply plan and set production forecasts.
    • Ensures operational execution of new product launches and transitions, while also managing end of life programs to minimize obsolescence.
    • Collaborate with KDP Appliances supplier-partners to achieve business goals and identify and address emergent opportunities and issues
    • Coach, train, develop and mentor team of Supply Planners to ensure current and future performance levels are met.
    • Resolve conflict/provide solutions by exercising high levels of influencing, negotiation and communication skills.  Be proactive and address issues when they show.
    • Serve as an operational and management source of expertise, and contribute to the success of the Appliance Business Unit team as a whole - by supporting associated and team-wide initiatives.
    • Partner with Supply Chain functions to establish process improvement programs.
    • Provide input to the S&OP supply meeting and actively participate throughout the monthly S&OP cycle.
    • Responsible for providing leadership with the information to align on critical and strategic business decisions.
    • Provide strong and visible leadership across the Supply Chain functions both internally and with our Contract Manufactures.  



    • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related field required.  Master’s degree preferred.
    • 10+ years’ progressive leadership experience in product supply in the consumer product industry.
    • Ability to create and maintain relationships, both externally and internally.
    • Excellent communication skills, and Executive level presentation competency.
    • Ability to be flexible and drive for results, even when all of the requirements have not been defined.
    • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to regularly travel; work a flexible schedule as needed.
    • Experience in SAP is highly desirable. 
    • Must be Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) who resides in Singapore except for temporary absences; or. Foreigner who has stayed / worked in Singapore for 183 days or more in the previous year


    • Predominately sedentary light office position with high frequency of keyboarding/computer work required (67% - 100% of the workday).
    • Travel requirements less than 25%
    • Regular interaction (8-12 hours / week) with North American resources during early morning / late evening hours
