    Reset Specialist

    Reset support will provide large scale resets of display merchandising to all stores assigned by Manager. Provide reset expertise and perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned by local leadership.

     

    Position Shift and Schedule

    This is a full time permanent position working on the 1st shift 6:00am typically five (5) shifts per week Monday-Friday.  Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.

     

    Position Compensation

    The starting rate of pay for this position is $15.00-$17.00 based on experience per hour plus mileage reimbursement for the use of your personal vehicle between the first and last store on your assigned daily route. Attractive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc).

     

    Position Territory

    You will be stocking and merchandising our products in our customers’ stores located in the Southern Colorado area.  We have a local branch located in Englewood, CO that you will need to visit for orientation and scheduled meetings.

     

    Responsibilities

    1. Provide large scale resets of display merchandising to all stores assigned by Manager.
    2. Work with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule.
    3. Build effective relationships with store personnel in the course of executing merchandising task; assure customer satisfaction.
    4. Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representative to pursue.
    5. Provide feedback on competitor activities.

     

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
    • Pprior reset experience and/or retail merchandising experience in grocery, mass, drug, or big box retailers preferred.
    • Valid drivers license and motor vehicle report that meets company standards
