    Branch Manager II - Offering Relocation Assistance

    The Branch Manager II manages sales, operations and P&L of a branch to meet financial and company objectives for profitability and growth. Manage sales force in expanding market penetration and ensure timely product delivery and proper merchandising.

    • The position will based in Lenexa, KS and will be responsible for the sales and operations of the Lenexa, KS branch.

    Position Responsibilities

    • Teach, train, and coach branch leadership in the areas of distribution, warehouse, sales, marketing, profit growth and market share. 
    • Foster professional business relationships with all levels of management.
    • Develop and grow working/business relationships with all major chain customers.
    • Provide strong customer management.
    • Develop and communicate the business plan, establish goals and objectives, monitor results and recourse as necessary to ensure the desired results.
    • Deliver the business plan by providing leadership, focus, and motivation.  Lead by example with integrity and maintain the company’s principles and values.
    • Meet monthly sales targets and income goals.
    • Maintain expenses within forecasted levels.
    • Ensure proper warehouse management in all related functions to maximize efficiencies and maintain product quality.
    • Set, implement and monitor trade execution standards for Direct Store Delivery. Standards include account frequency, display diagrams, equipment sets, and account service levels, including merchandising standards.
    • Participate in regular business reviews and trade field surveys.
    • Ensure administrative responsibilities are executed in a timely and effective manner to maximize productivity of branch operations.
    • Develop and monitor staffing levels for all branch operations.
    • Set and maintain company standards for delivery truck case averages per employee.
    • Ensure assets (trucks, equipment, etc.) are maintained in safe operating conditions according to company guidelines.
    • Maintain company safety standards throughout the branch.

    Characteristics for Success:

    • Possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, as well as excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
    • 3 years consumer products sales experience in progressively responsible positions
    • 2 years previous management/supervisory experience
    • Valid driver's license
