Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is seeking a new Product Management leader, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Away from Home appliances, with an entrepreneurial spirit that gets charged by real business accountability and consumer delight. You’ll be accountable for our connected Bean-to-Cup brewer product line, defining our overall strategy to gain market share, developing both the product and connected roadmap to feed the strategy, and leading the team in executing the programs to deliver the roadmap.
As part of our revamped strategy, we are expanding our Away from Home business into new coffee formats beyond our single serve brewers - This candidate will be the product champion and lead the charge into these new formats. They’ll work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure success of the product for our consumers, customers, and the KDP business at launch. This includes creating a deep understanding of our customers and consumers with our Consumer Insights team, defining and delivering on the product innovation with our Engineering/R&D teams, defining new connected requirements and use cases with our Keurig Connected team, attracting new customers and consumers to our system with the Marketing team, and delivering a successful program launch and sell with our Commercial and Operations teams.
