Senior Engineering Manager - Test and Trials
As Senior Engineering Manager of Test and Trial, you will manage the Test and Trial process for Supply Chain Hot and Cold Beverages. The Test and Trial function is to review and understand requirements and make plans to execute against approved test and trial projects to be conducted at new and existing Hot and Cold manufacturing sites, Cold pilot plant, and at various vendors / suppliers. Key components will include scope validation, statistical process control and manufacturing metrics development. You will also develop an in-depth knowledge of our manufacturing processes (batching/blending/roasting, filling/lidding/capping, packaging, palletizing) and trial process to deliver key insights to our customers in order to help the team make informed business decisions, in addition to tracking program performance. Additionally, you will be able to utilize this information to identify and lead DTV (Design to Value) improvement projects.
