    The Sales Coordinator (Execution and Communications) – Target will work in tandem with the National Account Executive’s (NAE’s) and the customer (Target) to support a strategic vision and plan through flawless communication and execution with the customer and our own Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Network. The position will report to the Director of Sales.


    Primary responsibilities include reporting against KDP’s execution against awarded activity, communicating monthly goals and priorities as outlined by sales leadership, and managing the administrative requirements needed to maintain our portfolio at Target.



    -Best in class communication with our field sales organization.  On a monthly basis, the Sales Coordinator will be expected to summarize and communicate the prior months execution rates, work with the National Account Executives (NAE) to establish the upcoming months priority rankings and their supporting documents, and provide the Route to Market (RTM) with sales and execution information.

    -Responsible for tracking bottler performance through internal tracking documents and working collaboratively with National Account Executives (NAE) on CAP (Correction Action Plan)
    -Ownership of item setup and maintenance within Target’s POL system
    -Works in tandem with Sr. Analyst to provide interpretation of syndicated data, uncover leading indicators and providing recommendations for growth across all beverage categories. 
    -The ideal candidate will be familiar with Target’s MerchIQ system and bring advanced skills in Microsoft office products including, PowerPoint, Excel. Knowledge of RSI and IRI are required to be successful in this role.



    -Bachelor Degree from accredited institution
    -Minimum of one year of CPG experience with an internship at other CPG company
    -Experience within Food and Beverage is a plus
    -Intimate knowledge of Target a plus
    -Three years of experience using MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
