The Associate Human Resources Manager position reports to the Human Resource Manager, and provides HR Generalist support. This position plays a lead role with employee and labor relations matters, executes HR policies and procedures, and ensures data integrity in SAP/Workday and other Human Resources Information Systems.
The role requires significant customer- and business partner orientation, the ability to work independently and influence at a senior level to effectively support behavioral change. Additionally, and most importantly, the role will serve as a steward of the Keurig Dr Pepper’s values and organizational behaviors helping to shape our culture.
Location and Travel:
This role will be based in Englewood, CO branch, and supports approximately 350 employees, a mix of union and non-union. The HR Associate Manager will also have responsibility for local sales branches in the Southwest market with 20% - 30% travel approximately. Relocation assistance is available.
