    Warehouse Worker Lead
    The Warehouse Worker Lead is responsible for building orders, checking built loads for accuracy, loading/unloading trucks, and everyday cleaning. This is a leadership role to other Warehouse personnel.

    Branch Location: Waco, TX

    Shift and Schedule: This is a full-time permanent position working 1st shift, Mon-Thur 11am-until finished and Friday 10am-until finished. Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as it may be required by the business.


    Position Compensation: $15.25 per hour. Paid weekly. Attractive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, etc.) begin on day one.

    Position Responsibilities
    • Accurately build outgoing loads for placement on route delivery trucks.
    • May load route trucks and semi-trailers with propane or battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required.
    • Directs daily work flow of a team.


    • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
    • Ability to Operate a Fork Lift Operator and Pallet Jack
    • 1 year of warehouse experience.
