    Regional Account Executive

    The Regional Account Executive manages key customer accounts in the Convenience channels, to drive marketing and promotions for top Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) brands in to new accounts. This person will be responsible for the Gas and Convenience outlets, in the state of Colorado, Idaho and West Texas.  The brands to be represented are Carbonated Beverage Drink portfolio (7Up, Sunkist, A&W Root beer & Canada Dry Brands) as well as other great brands like Snapple Teas, BAI Brands, Core Water brands, Evian Water, Sunny D, Yoo-Hoo, Clamato, Xyience, Ashoc Energy, Forto, and Peet’s Coffee.  


    This role will be based in Denver, with approximately 25% travel in the territory. 



    • Manage assigned regional off-premise chains with responsibility for sales growth and profit of assigned accounts.
    • Align system resources to implement marketing and operational programs according to plan, schedule, and budget. 
    • Account penetration and retention at the national or corporate level.
    • Negotiate ad schedules and pricing strategies and drive awareness for all products authorizations and promotions. 
    • Develop and implement Annual Operating Plans which support business objectives. Ensures execution of programs throughout the system.
    • Ensure business plan and marketing activities are developed to deliver volume, profit, and customer satisfaction commitments made to all stakeholders during business acquisition and/or stewardship planning.
    • Work cross-functionally with other divisions to deliver customer-specific solutions.
    • Solve operational or executional issues with customers, or bottlers and distributors.
    • Increase distribution into new accounts.


    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution and 3 years beverage/CPG sales experience preferred or High school diploma/(GED) and 5 years beverage/CPG sales experience 
    • Two years key account experience preferable in the convenience channels
    • Experience using syndicated data such as Nielsen/IRI, business analytics
