    Driver Bulk in San Fernando, CA

    The Bulk Driver is responsible for delivering pallets of pre-sold products to assigned large format accounts.

     

    Position Shift and Schedule

    This is a full time permanent position working 4:00am until the route is finished.  The schedule is working Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday based on business needs.  Flexibility to work overtime and holidays is required as scheduled.

     

    Position Compensation

    The starting pay rate for this position is $17.47 per hour paid on a weekly basis. Attractive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, sick time, etc).

     

    Position Responsibilities

    • Operate bulk vehicle in the delivery of Keurig Dr Pepper brands and pick up empty product transport containers or pallets in assigned accounts.
    • Prepare and extend delivery tickets, showing cases placed and credits given.
    • Perform accurate accounting of full and empty goods.
    • Perform routine vehicle inspection and operate vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
    • Develop and maintain good Company image in the trade and industry to achieve the Company’s objective for the overall growth and availability of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
    • Notify Route Manager of any mechanical problems that occur on vendors, or any changes in account status.

     

     

     

    This position could utilize the following equipment: Tractor Trailer - Semi - Pup Trailer - Box Truck - 28 ft Trailer - 32 ft Trailer - 53 ft Trailer - Delivery Truck - Side Load - Side Bay - Trailer with lift gate - pallet jack - hand truck - dolly

     

    This position could include: Driving - CDL - Class A CDL - Delivery Truck Driver - OTR - Delivery Driver - Customer Delivery - Commercial Driver’s License

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
    • 21 years of age or older
    • Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly
    • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A CDL) 
    • Ability to maintain valid DOT Driver Qualification File
